This 120-minute, in-person workshop explores how mental health practitioners can support clients in using the Fair Play system to challenge self-limiting beliefs, strengthen communication within relationships, and move out of burnout and overwhelm. Participants will examine the impact of domestic inequity and the systems that contribute to chronic stress, while learning practical, therapist-friendly applications of the Fair Play framework to help clients show up more fully at home and at work.
Instruction includes lecture, whole-group and small-group discussion, and individual reflection, supported by slides and graphic organizers. Learning is evaluated through participant engagement and a brief course evaluation.
